Because its past and tradition represents durable values in the Hungarian gastronomy and it is arranged with the newest technology. The menu offers gently modernized masterpieces from the Hungarian - and international cuisines, with experienced selection of the national wines – and brandies. Beside the devotion of the regular customers, there are plenty professional appreciations qualify the hospitality of this place. Its interior spaces are decorated by the ceiling frescos of Károly Lotz and with the porcelain tiles of the world-famous Pécs Zsolnay factory. The atmospere of the dinners in the evenings are raised also by the play of the pianist, Dániel Albert. Its three halls can seat 120 people. The parking is free for our guests in the neighbourhood underground parking, at Pollack Mihály square. The Summer evening dinners are passing pleasant in our air-conditioned Restaurant. The company and family programmes mean regular reservations to the Restaurant.
Our specialties –goose liver varieties
For many decades now, goose liver has been an essential part of our menu selection, which is the king of the Hungarian kitchen. Our frequent guests visit us especially for our gourmet goose liver specialties. The virtually endless varieties of goose liver dishes in our repertoire are much enjoyed here. Goose liver parfait is the favorite choice of our guests, which we prepare special steaming method.
